The fastest way to reach us is email: [email protected]. We read everything and usually reply within a few business days. There is no phone line and no office open to visitors — this is an editorial project, not a travel agency.
What to write to us about
- Corrections. If a price, schedule, pier, or any other fact on this site is wrong or outdated, tell us. Include the page URL and a link to your source — an operator’s official page or a current GetYourGuide listing. Corrections with sources are verified and fixed first.
- Partnerships. Operators and travel businesses can write to the same address. Note before you do: we do not sell rankings, sponsored reviews, or paid placement. See our editorial standards for how reviews are produced.
- Press. Journalists are welcome to quote our comparisons with attribution. For data requests or interviews, email us with your deadline.
What we cannot help with: bookings
We do not sell tickets, and we have no access to any reservation system. We cannot make, change, or cancel a booking — no exceptions, because the booking simply does not exist on our side.
Your booking is held by whichever company took your payment:
- Booked through GetYourGuide? Use the GetYourGuide help center. The link is in your booking confirmation email, and the same email lets you manage, reschedule, or cancel the booking yourself where the ticket terms allow it. This is faster than writing to anyone.
- Booked directly with an operator (Bateaux Parisiens, Bateaux Mouches, Vedettes de Paris, and so on)? Contact details are on the operator’s official website, usually under “Contact” or in your confirmation email.
If you are not sure where you booked, check which company charged your card — that is the company holding your reservation.
Before you email
Two common questions are already answered on the site. Current prices for every format are on the prices page, and where to buy — pier, operator site, or aggregator — is covered on the tickets page. If your question is “which cruise should I pick”, start with the comparison of the best cruises; it exists precisely so you do not have to ask.
